Zorvo Digital LLC ("Zorvo Digital," "we," "us," or "our") is a creative-performance advertising agency. We operate zorvodigital.com and provide campaign strategy, creative development, paid media management, and performance measurement services for service businesses, tourism and destination organizations, and healthcare providers across the United States.

Information you provide directly: When you submit the intake form on our Apply page, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, organization name, website, sector, media spend level, and a description of your goals.

Information collected automatically: When you visit our site, standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. We do not currently use third-party analytics tools. If this changes, this policy will be updated before any analytics are installed.

• To review your intake and determine whether there is a fit for an engagement

• To communicate with you about your campaign, reporting, and account

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising to you on third-party platforms.

Third-Party Services

• Netlify Forms — for intake form processing. Subject to Netlify's Privacy Policy.

We do not currently use third-party analytics. If this changes, this policy will be updated first.

Our internal operational tools (project management, reporting, advertising platforms) are used exclusively to deliver services to our clients and are not exposed to site visitors.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Intake form submissions are retained for 12 months. Active client account data is retained for the duration of the relationship plus 24 months.
